Hey there We’re **GrowthOperator**, a startup digital marketing agency that’s all about creativity, growth, and a little bit of fun. We’re on the hunt for a Social Media Executive who’s ready to bring some spark to our team. If you love social media, have a creative streak, and want to grow with a young and energetic company, let’s talk

**The Basics**:

- **Location**: Hybrid (1 day a week in Janakpuri, Delhi - the rest is WFH)
- **Hours**: 4 hours/day, 5 days a week - flexible timing.
- **Stipend**: ₹5,000/month (Yes, we know it’s unpaid-ish, but the experience is priceless).
- **Duration**: 4 months

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Creating fun, scroll-stopping content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and beyond.
- Managing and growing our social media accounts (your creative playground).
- Planning and running campaigns that get people talking.
- Tracking what works (and what doesn’t) and tweaking for the best results.
- Collaborating with a super supportive team to keep our branding fresh and exciting.
- Staying on top of the latest social media trends and experimenting with them.

**Who You Are**:

- You _might_ have some experience managing social media accounts (but if not, we’re cool with it).
- You’re creative, love sharing ideas, and can communicate them well.
- You know your way around tools like Canva and Instagram Insights.
- You’re passionate about social media and have a knack for making things pop online.

**Job Type**: Internship
