As a Kindergarten Teacher at Kalam Kids Kindergarten, you will be responsible for creating and delivering a curriculum that fosters early childhood development in a fun, creative, and effective manner. You will help shape young minds in an English-medium learning environment, ensuring each child receives the attention and care they need to thrive.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Foster a positive, engaging, and safe classroom environment.
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Regularly communicate with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Assist with classroom activities, events, and daily routines.
- Ensure the well-being of all students at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Any college degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent).
- Strong English communication skills.
- Previous experience working with children is a plus but not required.
- A genuine love for working with young children.
- Ability to create a positive, nurturing environment for early learners.
