- Roles and Responsibility
- Essential Job Functions:
- Drive new product innovation by creating integrations with our existing data and defining insights and unique differentiators
- Own our new data set integration components and work with leadership to create the data integration roadmap
- Determine market potential and revenue opportunities that exist working with internal sales and product teams, evaluating the competitive landscape and market trends
- Coordinate and drive efficient data usage across multiple products
- Continuously test new data sets for viability and revenue applicability
- Collaborate with data engineering and data science teams by leading agile ceremonies like backlog grooming, sprint planning and retrospectives
- Create Go to Market plans for the new data sets and data products/ solutions
- Qualifications and Skiils- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math, Statistics or a related field. Master’s is preferred.
- 6+ years of demonstrated product experience, working both internally to drive delivery onroadmap goals, and externally to evaluate and drive partnerships to advance product
- strategy.
- Experience working within Agile Product Frameworks.
- High sense of urgency and ability to work well and navigate in a matrixed environment
- Creativity - Can formulate ways to overcome obstacles, will fight for our products’ success in the market, and can own the path forward on both existing and new products
- Critical Mind - Can identify issues and turn them into opportunities. Can work well across multiple groups to achieve business outcomes
- Communication - Can explain complex concepts in simple terms to a variety of internal and external audiences
- Prior exposure to Big data technologies, analytics, data science/ engineering is advantageous.
