Looking for a purpose-driven professional who is excited to work in the education and social impact space. As a Senior Executive in our Fundraising team, you will work closely with the leadership to expand our reach through CSR partnerships and Government projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support revenue generation through CSR partnerships and Government-funded initiatives.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with CSRs, NGOs, consultants, and government departments.
- Contribute to writing proposals, budgeting, and follow-up on project deliverables and payments.
- Help identify opportunities through events, networks, and social media engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams for visibility and partnership growth.
- Prepare presentations and reports based on data from field operations and project outcomes.
- Willingness to travel extensively for project visits and partner meetings.

**Essential Requirements**
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Development Studies, CSR, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in CSR, fundraising, development sector, or government engagement.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English (knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is a plus).
- Good coordination, follow-up, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM or data tracking tools is an advantage.
- A team player with a sense of ownership and initiative.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
