**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**About Lead Height**

Lead Height is a Kolkata-based digital marketing company helping businesses grow through creative marketing, branding, and digital transformation. We’re expanding our in-house creative team and looking for a talented **Video Editor** to bring ideas to life through engaging visuals and storytelling.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, websites, and ad campaigns.
- Work with the marketing and design teams to create compelling brand stories.
- Add effects, motion graphics, transitions, and music to enhance video quality.
- Manage video assets, maintain archives, and optimize content for digital platforms.
- Collaborate on concept development, storyboarding, and post-production editing.
- Ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of all video projects.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Video Editor** (portfolio or sample work required).
- Proficiency in software like **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve**.
- Basic understanding of social media video formats and trends (Reels, Shorts, Ads).
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies, Media, or related field (preferred).
- 0-2 years of experience (Freshers with good editing skills are welcome).
