**Serene Life Hospital** is a leading mental health care provider in Chennai, dedicated to offering compassionate psychiatric care, rehabilitation, and recovery programs. We are looking for a proactive and experienced **Marketing Executive** to promote our services and build a strong referral network with psychiatrists, general practitioners, clinics, and healthcare professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with psychiatrists, general physicians, clinics, and corporate medical departments to generate patient referrals.
- Promote the hospital's psychiatric and rehabilitation services to healthcare providers in Chennai and surrounding areas.
- Conduct regular field visits to doctors, clinics, and wellness centers to increase awareness about mental health services offered by Serene Life Hospital.
- Organize and coordinate Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions, awareness seminars, mental health camps, and community outreach events.
- Track referral performance and follow up with referring doctors for continuous engagement.
- Work closely with the internal clinical and administrative teams to align marketing strategies with service offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Marketing/Healthcare background preferred)
- 2 to 5 years of experience in hospital or healthcare marketing (mental health/psychiatric care experience is a plus)
- Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets
- Fluent in Tamil and English
