- **Curriculum Delivery**: Plan and conduct engaging Hindi lessons in accordance with the school’s curriculum and academic standards.
- **Language Development**: Teach students reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills in Hindi.
- **Lesson Planning**: Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and activities that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**: Conduct regular tests, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- **Cultural Exposure**: Introduce students to Hindi literature, poetry, and cultural aspects to enhance their understanding and appreciation of the language.
- **Student Support**: Provide additional guidance and support to students who need help with Hindi language skills.
- **Parent-Teacher Communication**: Regularly communicate with parents regarding student progress and participate in parent-teacher meetings.
- **Extracurricular Activities**: Organize and participate in Hindi-related events, such as debates, elocution contests, and cultural programs.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated with modern teaching techniques, educational technologies, and advancements in Hindi literature.

### **Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi, Education, or a related field.
- **Teaching Certification**: B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification preferred.
- **Language Proficiency**: Excellent command of written and spoken Hindi. Basic English proficiency is also desirable.
- **Teaching Skills**: Strong pedagogical skills with an ability to engage and motivate students.
- **Technology Skills**: Familiarity with online teaching tools, smart boards, and digital resources is a plus.

*Soft Skills**: Patience, creativity, strong communication skills, and a passion for teaching.
