**We are hiring for a highly motivated and unique Architect designer for our Client Company they are in to Architecture and Design firm.**

**Position **:Senior Quantity Surveyor

**Location **:Adyar, Chennai

**Bachelor of Engineering (BE.Civil) with experience of 3 to 5 years**

**Responsibilities and Duties**

1. Checking Plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy calculations.
2. Preparing and Checking labor weekly InteriM/Final payment.
3. Verifying and Submission of sub contractor’s Weekly interiM/Final payment.
4. Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
5. Take BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) as per given drawing.
6. Preparing reconciliation of materials.
7. Preparing BOQ & Rate analysis For our project.

8. Verifying that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications

**Required Skills & Experience**

Qualification - Dip In Civil or BE Civil

Experience - 2 to 3 Years

**Mode of Transport - 2 Wheeler is Must**

Knowledge in Residential and Apartments as QS is Preferable.

**Ability to commute/relocate**:
Adyar, Saidapet, Guindy, T.Nagar, Teynampet, Alwarpet and Nandanam Near, Chennai, Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
