Etp Operator

**Responsibilities**:

- **Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) Operations**:

- Operate, monitor, and maintain the ETP systems to ensure effective treatment of industrial effluents.
- Monitor the chemical dosing system and adjust parameters as needed.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues in the ETP system, including pumps, valves, and aerators.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and maintain discharge quality.
- **Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) Operations**:

- Operate and monitor sewage treatment processes, including screening, sedimentation, filtration, and disinfection.
- Maintain the balance of aeration, sludge handling, and chemical dosing in the STP.
- Conduct regular checks on pumps, blowers, and other equipment to ensure smooth operation.
- Maintain records of STP performance, chemical usage, and maintenance activities.
- **Reverse Osmosis (RO) System Operations**:

- Operate and maintain the RO system for water purification, ensuring treated water quality meets required standards.
- Monitor membrane performance and cleaning schedules to avoid fouling and scaling.
- Perform routine maintenance on RO units, including changing filters, membranes, and chemical dosing as required.
- Troubleshoot and repair RO system faults.
- **Maintenance and Reporting**:

- Regularly inspect and maintain equipment to prevent downtime.
- Report operational issues and provide solutions to supervisors or engineers.
- Maintain accurate logs of plant operations, maintenance work, and water/effluent quality data.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure safe working conditions.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with supervisors, maintenance teams, and safety officers to ensure the smooth functioning of water and waste treatment systems.
- Participate in routine training and upskilling to stay updated on best practices.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- A Diploma/Degree in relevant field.
- Certification in water treatment or related processes is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in operating and maintaining ETP, STP, or RO systems.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Good understanding of water treatment processes, including chemical dosing, filtration, aeration, and membrane technology (RO).
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot plant equipment, including pumps, valves, blowers, and electrical panels.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain plant efficiency.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Salary Range**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (CTC)
- **Experience Required**:2 To 3 Yrs with same field
