Replenishment (Garments)

**_FUNCTION NAME: Replenishment(Garments)_**

**_Purpose/ Objective of the role_**
- Ensuring availability at DC_

**_Job Description_**
- Monitor & manage Order Levels (OLs) as per sales and work on Material planning over specific time lines to ensure stocks are available in stores for customers._
- Demand Driven Supply Planning - Update the weekly Open-to-Buy (OTB) file, analyzing demand trends and sales forecasts to calculate and forecast actual stock requirements, and align replenishment plans accordingly._
- Top-Selling Product Stock Outs - Proactively manage stock levels of top-selling products (SPs) to prevent out-of-stock (OOS) situations, collaborating with vendors to ensure availability and timely replenishment_
- _Understand inventory models in various Warehouses/Distribution Centers (DCs) & execute as per requirement._
- _Demand planning with special focus on season based volumes; work closely with the Category team for it._
- _Understand & implement supply chain matrix in terms of customer service parameters._
- _Network planning & creating road maps to accommodate business dynamics while maintaining service levels._
- _Improve Service Levels at a higher efficiency while optimizing inventory both at DCs_
- _Coordinate with various functions like Warehouse, Integration and Category and others to build a strong process of Supply Chain_
- _Need to do periodic analysis of ageing & High inventory articles, and collaborate with category and integration to control these_

**_Qualifying criteria_**
- Graduation in any stream. Employees who have worked in Ops/Category_
