**Job DescriptionVarthana is looking for Credit Officer - Risk**
- Graduation from a reputed institution
- 2 - 3 years of experience in Retail banking
- Team player and motivating the team members to achieve the goals
- Influential Communication in English and Local Language
- Good Analytical skills and ability to process data on computer spreadsheets
- Comfortable in assessing clients without access to audited financials
- Deep understanding of risk and its various dimensions like operational risk, credit risk, market risk, etc Willingness and ability to travel within the city

**Key Role Deliverables**
- Data Analysis and Data Presentation:

- Creating credit appraisal memos, by using various analysis tools namely, ratio analysis, banking analysis, SOA preparation, etc
- Preparing MIS reports which will help the management to access the performance of the company in the current financial year, and helps in faster decision making
- Data Verification & Data Accuracy:

- Verifying all the login file documents of the customers Conducting the Internal Deduplication check in order to verify the accuracy of the data Scrutinizing the CIBIL reports of the customers helps understand the creditworthiness of the customer and make appropriate decisions Auditing the client documents internally using branch files Personal Discussion: Interacting directly with the customer, identifying their perspectives about the company and resolving those perspectives, and conveying them the right information, in order to reduce the conflict between the company and the customers
- Stakeholder Management:

- Conducting various pieces of training activities for the employees, helps them to upskill their skills and knowledge
- Coordinating with other departments for the daily movement of a file

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- credit risk: 1 year (preferred)
- Risk management: 1 year (preferred)
