**Work Requirements**:
1. Should be having good working knowledge in AutoCAD/ Revit etc.
2. Should have experience in preparation of plumbing shop drawings for pressurized irrigation systems, pumping Station, substations, underground tanks, manholes.
3. Preparing and checking designs, drawings,s, and calculations.
4. Material take-off from drawings.
5. Detailed area statement of commercial, residential project.
6. Landscape quantity take-off and detail area statement and create a plan for area efficiency.
7. Preparing MEP drawing for fountains, pools, and water features.
8. Should have experience in preparation of shop drawings for parks and roadside landscape
9. Issuing design packages to the lead consultants.
10. Preparing a comparisons area statement.
11. Calculating quantity of material for BOQ preparation and preliminary cost estimates.
12. Prepare construction area by studying architecture plans, updating specifications, and identifying issues. Maintains quality work by following organizational standards
13. Experienced Architectural Civil Draughtsman, especially Well
- Conversant with the drawings

**Qualification**
- Civil Architectural draftsmen (ITI/Diploma), Graduation, BE (Agriculture/ Civil)

**Salary**: ₹700.00 - ₹800.00 per day
