**Senior Executive - Billing**

**What you will do**

**How you will do it?**
- Process the Customer Invoice with verificaton of document and as per the customer PO.
- Upload invoice on customer portal.
- Co ordinate with Business team for resolve the Invoice and upload related issues.
- Provide daily billing updates to Internal Customers.
- Responsible for update daily tracker real time reports to be reviewed with department Supervisor.
- Responsiveness towards customer deliverable
- Response to queries on timely basis
- Maintain record retention on portal

**What we look for**

This is an entry-level position that requires the following experience:

- 2+ year experience in billing.
- Essential - Commerce Graduate
- End to end knowledge of OTC, Billing Expertise, Credit Rebill & Dispute Management
- Accuracy check and corrective action on error analysis.
- Fluent English (both Verbal & Written communication)
- Open for flexible work shift timings
