Job Title: Site Supervisor (Construction)

**Salary**: 18,000-20,000

Job Description: Simfy Infracon Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our construction team in Goa, India. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor the progress of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and resolve any issues or potential problems.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage and supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring their adherence to project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily progress reports, material deliveries, and workforce attendance.
- Provide regular updates to project management regarding project status, potential risks, and any necessary modifications to the construction plan.
- Assist in resolving any disputes or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A diploma or degree in civil engineering or a related field is preferred.

Location: Goa, India

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
