- 2. Proficiency in relevant software such as _**AutoCAD and Photoshop**_._
- 3. Graduation or equivalent degree/diploma in 3D Visualizer only from a reputed institute in Mumbai like_

- iii. CADD Centre_
- iv. Frameboxx 2.0_
- v. Origin CAD Academy_
- **Key Skills**:_
- 1. Exceptional 3D modeling and rendering skills._
- 2. Creative flair in lighting design, texturing, and composition._
- 3. Attention to detail to create highly accurate and realistic 3D models and renders._
- 4. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with the design team._
- 5. Strong time management skills to consistently meet project deadlines._
- **Requirements**:_
- 1. Create precise 3D models of interior and exterior spaces based on architectural plans with a focus on accuracy._
- 2. Design realistic lighting setups to enhance the visual appeal and ambiance of 3D renders, considering the overall mood._
- 4. Produce photorealistic, high-resolution renders using Vray and Corona Render, exceeding project expectations._
- 5. Collaborate closely with architects and designers to understand project requirements and deliver visualizations capturing the design intent._
- 6. Maintain a commitment to delivering top-quality and accurate 3D models and renders._
- 7. Manage workflow efficiently to ensure timely completion of 3D visualizations aligned with project schedules._
- **How to Apply**:_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
