**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listing Management**:

- Ensure accurate and timely uploading of apparel products on the Myntra portal.
- Manage product descriptions, images, pricing, and other relevant details.
- Regularly update product listings based on inventory and availability.
- **Content Optimization**:

- Write and optimize product descriptions with a focus on SEO and sales conversion.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure high-quality images and content.
- Monitor and enhance product visibility on the Myntra platform.
- **Sales Performance Monitoring**:

- Analyze sales performance and generate reports to track key metrics.
- Implement strategies to increase conversion rates and optimize sales performance.
- Identify best-selling products and capitalize on trends to maximize sales.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
- Monitor stock levels and update the Myntra portal accordingly.
- Handle order processing, cancellations, and returns.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to products listed on Myntra.
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- **Promotional Activities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions and discounts on the Myntra platform.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of promotional campaigns.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with Myntra’s guidelines and standards.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, trends, and other relevant data.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the fashion and apparel industry.
- Experience with managing online retail portals, especially Myntra.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and e-commerce strategies.
