**Job description**

Role and Responsibilities:
1. **Developing and Implementing Safety Plans**: Create and implement health and safety plans, policies, and procedures to ensure a safe working environment across construction activities.

2. **Ensuring Legal and Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure adherence to legal regulations and occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines, maintaining compliance at all times.

3. **Risk Assessment and Hazard Control**: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement effective control measures.

4. **Employee Training and Awareness**: Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on health and safety protocols, raising awareness and preparedness.

5. **Incident Investigation and Reporting**: Investigate workplace incidents, identify root causes, and provide actionable recommendations to prevent future occurrences.

6. **Promoting a Safety-First Culture**: Foster and promote a strong health and safety culture within the organization to encourage proactive participation in safety practices.

7. **Site Coordination with Clients**: Act as the point of contact for clients regarding on-site safety concerns and coordinate efforts to align safety measures with project requirements.

8. **Continuous Improvement**: Regularly review and update safety plans and processes to reflect evolving best practices and legal requirements.

Required Profile:
Safety experience in construction field is must.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
