**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**: Edit raw footage into professional-grade videos, ensuring high-quality output.
- **Creative Input**: Collaborate with the creative team to develop ideas and execute innovative video content.
- **Post-Production**: Handle color grading, audio syncing, sound design, and adding graphics/animations as needed.
- **Content Adaptation**: Create videos optimized for various platforms, such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and corporate presentations.
- **File Management**: Organize and archive project files and maintain an efficient workflow.
- **Project Coordination**: Work closely with producers, directors, and content creators to align with project goals.
- **Editing Standards**: Stay up-to-date with the latest video trends, techniques, and software updates to ensure content remains current and impactful.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics software like Adobe After Effects is a plus.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and transitions.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills and an eye for aesthetics.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
