**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DELIVERABLES**:

- Onboarding
- Disbursements
- Collections and Depositing
- Application filling
- Close new deals at a high rate
- Build relationships with existing farmers
- Travel throughout the territory and visit farmers on a recurring basis
- Maintain records of all sales leads and/or farmer accounts
- Represent the brand during all farmer and prospect interactions
- Educate farmers on how products or services can benefit them financially

**CANDIDATE PROFILE AND ELIGIBILITY**:

- Graduate
- Atleast One Year Experience in Agri/Fin/Rural Development/Micro Finance
- Around 22 - 30 Years
- Local Resident and Proficiency of Local Language
- Ability to work indipendently
- Basic technical knowledge
- Good conversational and interpersonal skills
- Should be able to travel daily and meet farmers in the villages
- Should be able to relocate according to business needs
- Should have a competitive attitude
