Expectation
- Existing senior FO or diploma holding FO should not be promoted as Supervisor
- Experience: 2-3 years’ experience of agrochemical industry is must

**Job responsibilities**:

- Review of activity & liquidation plan of FOs along with TBM.
- Sharing monthly FOs review report to Territory Business Manager.
- Guiding & Training FOs to conduct demand generation activities like Demonstrations, Field Days, Field Visits, Small Farmer Training Programs & Group Discussions.
- Conduct Small FTP, Field Days, Field Visits, Group discussions as per calendar plan with the help of FOs
- Mega Farmer Meet: Organise logistics for meeting with identified vendors of service providers
- Prepare monthly demonstration plan & Organise demonstration material with the help of TBM.
- Sharing demonstration field days calendar plan to TBM.
- Preparing campaign plan proposal and sharing to the territory business manager for approval.
- Monthly attendance report sharing to operational manager of service provider.
- Monthly activity expenses bill submission to operational manager.
- Organizing cashflows for supervisor-based activities with the help of operational manager
- Sharing market intelligence report on new launches, product performance, competition products price points and schemes to territory business manager on monthly basis
- Sharing weekly updates on stock & inventory status of all FOs territory to TBM
- Sharing FOs query related to salary payout, medical & accident insurance claims, if any to TBM &Operational Manger.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
