**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and engage customers, providing personalized service and product recommendations.
- Demonstrate detailed knowledge of jewellery collections, materials, and trends.
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery that suits their style, occasion, and budget.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Process transactions accurately and maintain proper billing records.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain store presentation, stock displays, and inventory.
- Handle customer queries, after-sales support, and complaints professionally.
- Stay updated with current promotions, market trends, and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales (jewellery, luxury retail, or fashion preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Passion for customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Goal-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.

**Compensation**
- Competitive base salary.
- Attractive commission structure based on sales generated.
- Performance-based incentives and bonuses.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
