**Role**

**Areas of Responsibility**

v **Catalog & Inventory Management**
- Manage product listings across e-commerce platforms (**Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.**).
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Optimize product listings with relevant keywords for better visibility.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

v **Order & Customer Service Management**
- Process and manage daily e-commerce orders, returns, and refunds.
- Respond to customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment.

v **Portal & Compliance Management**
- Maintain and update e-commerce dashboards with sales performance, inventory status, and order tracking.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies, including pricing strategies, promotions, and discounts.
- Monitor competitor activity and suggest strategic improvements.

v **Reporting & Analysis**
- Track sales trends and generate reports for performance evaluation.
- Analyze customer behavior and suggest improvements in product positioning.

v **Other duties as assigned**

**Must**

v **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.v **Experience**: 1 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations.v **Industry**: Any industry, preferably Retail, E-commerce, or similar sectors.

**Desirables**

v Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, including catalog management and order processing.v Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (**Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho**).v **Technical Skills**: Basic Excel, computer proficiency, and portal knowledge.v **Soft Skills**: Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills.v Understanding of e-commerce marketing, SEO, and promotional strategies.v Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
