**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
Elevate the production value of customers internal and external events with your expert AV and event management skills. Be the technical maestro, ensuring seamless execution from setup to post-production.

**This role involves supporting Operations and Event Production within APAC time zone.**

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Provide professional, best-in-class customer services to customer's internal and external stakeholders.
- Triage of events & Meet with stakeholders to discuss audio and video requirements for events and ensure proper technical advice is provided.
- Provide AV operational support to events in customer offices, including but not limited to contents displaying on video wall, video and audio signals routing and mixing, recording and live streaming via customer LIVE GO function
- Manage operational, event and incident escalations in a timely manner and report promptly to customer
- Have a clear understanding of stakeholders and their requirements.
- Early highlight to customer as a Stakeholder of any upcoming high priority events.
- Provide daily technical check and day-to-day troubleshooting for AV equipment within customer.
- Work on high profile events including video and audio mixing, ensure smooth camera movement and operations, camera framing, lighting, floor managing, and have a good solid understanding of sophisticated AV event systems.
- Work independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment involving live events, IPTV, video conferencing platforms (i.e. Zoom, Webex, MS Teams, etc.), training room management and general AV infrastructure support.
- Have solid experience as a live event technician, working closely with other AV team members across APAC
- Troubleshoot sophisticated audio, video, switching and control systems and provide solutions. For any items that cannot be troubleshooted, the dedicated resource shall communicate this to the customer point of contact.
- Possess problem-solving skills and resolve issues proactively.
- Handle technical, event and incident management escalations in a timely manner.
- Set up and test videoconference with other remote locations.
- Manage audio setup to ensure proper sound level for audience inside the MPR; and good sound quality and level are received in remote locations.
- Document event/operational workflows and standard operating procedures ("SOPs") when required.
- AV related ticket management

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**:
**Education and Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a live event technician, demonstrating proficient AV system operation and troubleshooting in high-pressure environments.
- Experience working with sophisticated AV event systems and corporate AV needs is crucial.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proven expertise in operating professional audio, video, lighting, video conferencing
- Advanced understanding of AV signal routing, mixing, and control systems.
- Proficiency in video conferencing platforms like Zoom, Webex, MS Teams, etc.
- Experience in live camera operations, vision mixing, lighting techniques, and floor management during live events.
- Working knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for working with AV equipment and electrical systems.

**Software Proficiency**:

- Ability to manage AV-related ticketing systems efficiently.
