**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough market research to understand the trends, competitors, and customer preferences in the marble industry.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify key selling points and areas of opportunity.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive.
- **Brand Strategy & Positioning**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and awareness for marble profile products.
- Position the marble profiles as premium, high-quality, and durable products within the construction, interior design, and architectural sectors.
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across all marketing channels.
- **Lead Generation & Sales Support**:

- Develop lead-generation strategies, including partnerships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and building material suppliers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide marketing materials and resources that support lead conversion.
- Organize promotional events such as trade shows, webinars, and workshops to build relationships and increase product visibility.
- **Advertising & Promotion**:

- Manage advertising campaigns (online and offline) targeting both trade and retail customers.
- Plan and execute promotional events, discounts, and seasonal offers to drive sales.
- **Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including distributors, architects, and project managers.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback to improve product offerings and customer service.
- **Reporting & Performance Analysis**:

- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as leads generated, sales conversions, website traffic, etc.
- Provide regular reports to management on campaign performance, ROI, and market trends.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the construction, architecture, or luxury products sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of the marble industry, building materials, or interior design is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position
- Occasional travel may be required for site visits or promotional events.
