We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Tele-caller to join our team and play a key role in reaching out to prospective students who are interested in our training programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential students to inform them about the various training programs offered by the institute.
- Provide detailed information about course offerings, admission procedures, benefits, and fees.
- Engage in follow-up calls to ensure potential students are well-informed and assist with the enrolment process.
- Qualify leads by understanding students' requirements and directing them to appropriate courses.
- Maintain and update student information and inquiries in the system.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets and contribute to achieving enrolment goals.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for students with course advisors.
- Handle student queries and provide accurate information about the programs and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective students to ensure high conversion rates.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in tele calling, sales, or customer support (preferably in the education or training industry).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections in a professional manner.
- Prior experience in a training institute or educational setting will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
