Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Follow-ups:
*Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
*Identify potential buyers and sellers and generate interest in the company’s real estate offerings.
*Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into clients.

Client Communication:
*Explain property features, prices, and benefits clearly to potential customers.
*Answer client queries regarding property details, location, legalities, and payment plans.
*Build and maintain positive client relationships through consistent and professional communication.

Sales Support:
*Schedule property site visits for clients and coordinate with the sales team.

Documentation Support:
*Help clients understand the documentation process for property transactions.

**Requirements**:
*Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
*Experience: 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (real estate experience is a plus).

**Skills**:*Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
*Persuasive and able to handle objections effectively.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
