**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive sales for **Home Loans** and **Loan Against Property (LAP)** in the assigned region.
- Conduct **field sales** activities to generate leads and convert prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal and regulatory norms.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum **2 years** of experience in **home loan** and **LAP** sales.
- Strong knowledge of local market dynamics in **Rohtak**.
- Proven track record in **field sales** and customer relationship management.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
