Sufficient experience in liaison skills / ability to deal with different State Govt departments such as NHAI, Fire, UP Pollution Control Board, Ground Water Authority, UPSIDA, Local Gram Panchayat, Municipal Corporation, Forest, Higher Education etc.
- Ability to handle all legal matters pertaining to civil, criminal, corporate, labour, property & contract laws and other matters.
- Strong leadership traits with excellent ability of coordination.
- Develop and implement strategies to establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, vendors, and government agencies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners and stakeholders, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify partnership opportunities and develop strategies to maximize mutual benefits.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation and delivery.
- Lead negotiations and discussions with partners to finalize agreements, contracts, and other formal arrangements.

**Qualifications-**
- Minimum 5 to 7 years Experience required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the local environment and regulations (Shimla).
- Ability to coordinate travel.
