**Job Title**: PGT English Teacher

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach English to students of Classes XI and XII in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments in line with academic standards.
- Develop students’ language skills—reading, writing, listening, and speaking—with a focus on literature and grammar.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Prepare students for CBSE board exams and support them in achieving high academic performance.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Participate in school activities, staff meetings, professional development programs, and parent-teacher interactions.
- Update and maintain accurate records of student progress and academic results.
- Use technology and digital tools to enhance classroom teaching and learning outcomes.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Master’s Degree in English (M.A. English)
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) from a recognized university (mandatory)
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (preferred in a CBSE school)
- **Skills**:

- Excellent command over spoken and written English
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools (e.g., smart boards, Google Classroom, MS Office)
- Passion for literature and student engagement

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
