We are seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to join our team at Petpooja in Ahmedabad. As a Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research on HRMS (Human Resource Management System) software in the context of Restaurant Billing Software. Your role will involve a combination of desk-based analysis and fieldwork to gather insights into the market landscape. Allowances will be provided to support your field research activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough market research to analyze the landscape of HRMS software within the context of Restaurant Billing Software.
- Identify key players, market trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define research objectives and methodologies.
- Perform field visits to restaurants and related establishments to gather firsthand data and insights.
- Collect and organize data, creating detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings.
- Assist in developing strategies based on research outcomes to enhance the positioning of Petpooja's offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR, technology, software solutions, and market research.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to gather and analyze data accurately.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and interacting with potential customers.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
