- **Qualification**: Any Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management
**Requirements & Responsibilities**:
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in a similar role.
- Responsible for training, induction, and development of kitchen staff in:
- Hygiene and cleanliness
- Menu knowledge
- Production methods
- Food presentation and portion control
- Standard recipe creation and maintenance
- Conduct daily **shift briefings** with kitchen colleagues.
- Train CDPs, DCDPs, and Commis chefs periodically on REVEL system modules:
- Inventory
- Recipe management
- Purchasing
- Food cost control
- Attendance tracking
- Foster **positive interdepartmental relationships**.
- Prepare and maintain a **comprehensive recipe book**.
- Maintain food cost in line with management expectations.
- Implement and follow **HACCP standards**.
- Must possess:
- Strong **management skills**:
- Good **English communication**:
- System knowledge in **MS Office and relevant software**:
- Experience or knowledge of **Italian cuisine**
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
