**Graphic Design**

**Web UI/UX Design**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and create wireframes for websites and user interfaces, ensuring a user-centric design approach that addresses user needs and goals.
- Develop visually appealing and cohesive design elements, including color schemes, typography, icons, and layouts, while maintaining consistency with the brand's identity and design guidelines.
- Create designs that are responsive and adaptable to various screen sizes and devices, ensuring a seamless user experience across different platforms.
- Design interactive prototypes and mockups to effectively communicate the user flow and functionality of web interfaces, allowing for user testing and feedback.
- Work closely with developers, UX researchers, and product managers to iterate on designs, address technical feasibility, and refine user interactions.

**Social Media & Promotions**:

- Design engaging and shareable graphics, images, and videos for various social media platforms, aligning with the brand's visual identity and promotional goals.
- Create promotional materials for marketing campaigns, product launches, and events, conveying messages effectively and attracting the target audience.
- Tailor designs to fit the requirements and specifications of different social media channels, optimising visuals for each platform's layout and user behaviour.
- Monitor the performance of social media visuals and adapt designs based on engagement metrics and user feedback to continuously improve content effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain the brand's relevance and competitiveness in the digital landscape.

**Artworks & Other graphics**:

- Develop custom illustrations and graphics for various purposes, adding a unique and artistic touch to the brand's visual assets.
- Create print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and business cards that are consistent with the brand's visual identity and effectively convey information.
- Enhance and retouch photos to meet specific design requirements, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with the brand's aesthetic.
- Maintain consistency in design elements across different mediums, ensuring a unified brand presence and recognition.
- Communicate and collaborate with clients or stakeholders to understand their design needs, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback into final designs.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
