The ITI Welder is responsible for performing welding operations according to the required specifications, ensuring that welds are of the highest quality and meet safety standards. The role involves the use of various welding techniques and tools to join, cut, or repair metal parts in accordance with technical drawings and specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Welding Operations**:
Perform welding operations using various techniques, such as MIG, TIG, Stick, or Arc welding, based on the specific needs of the project.
- **Interpret Blueprints and Drawings**:
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to understand welding requirements and execute welds accordingly.
- **Weld Preparation**:
Prepare and clean metal surfaces, ensuring proper alignment, fit-up, and preparation for welding. Use tools such as grinders, cutting torches, and saws for preparation.
- **Quality Assurance**:
Inspect and ensure the quality of welds, checking for defects such as cracks, warping, or undercuts. Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:
Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition, conducting routine maintenance and repairs when necessary.
- **Safety Compliance**:
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures while operating welding equipment. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, helmets, and goggles, and maintain a safe working environment.
- **Team Collaboration**:
Work closely with other team members to meet project deadlines, discussing any issues related to welding techniques or material requirements.
- **Troubleshooting**:
Identify and resolve welding problems during production and suggest improvements for processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
