- **Quality Control**:Monitor the quality and quantity of food prepared, ensuring consistent flavor and presentation.
- **Staff Training and Supervision**:Assist in training and supervising kitchen staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations.
- **Customer Service**:Ensure a positive dining experience for guests by addressing their needs, handling complaints, and providing exceptional service.
- **Food Safety**:Comply with food safety guidelines and regulations, ensuring proper handling, storage, and preparation of food.
- **Leadership**:Provide guidance and support to kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- **Inventory Management**:Maintain accurate inventory records, order necessary ingredients, and minimize food waste.
- **Menu Knowledge**:Inform the wait staff about daily specials, menu changes, and any out-of-stock items.
- **Presentation**:Ensure that all dishes are well-presented and aesthetically pleasing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
