**Warden/Provost**

**Position: Residential Warden/ProvostKey Responsibilities**
- Oversee the daily operations of the student residence, ensuring a safe and well-organized environment.
- Manage and address student concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Foster a positive and disciplined atmosphere while maintaining good rapport with students.
- Handle emergencies and provide basic first aid or health-related support when required.
- Coordinate with parents, school staff, and medical professionals as necessary.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Nursing or medical-related degree/diploma is **preferred**.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a similar role is **required**.
- **Language Skills**:

- **English** (spoken and written).
- **Key Competencies**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle children and adolescents with patience and empathy.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
