**Responsibilities**:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.

2. Introduce and explain our products or services to potential customers.

3. Answer any questions potential customers may have regarding our offerings.

4. Generate sales leads and set up appointments for the sales team.

5. Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made and leads generated.

6.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.

7.Follow up on leads and ensure timely and effective communication with potential customers.

8. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales processes and strategies.

9. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with relevant regulations.

**Qualification: Any graduates can apply.**

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role is preferred but not mandatory.

2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

3. Ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers over the phone.

4. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
