**job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive dental diagnosis, treatment planning, and procedures including preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and surgical treatments.
- Manage all clinical operations efficiently and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain high standards of patient care, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Supervise and mentor junior dental staff, if any, and coordinate their activities.
- Prescribe and monitor appropriate dental treatments, medications, and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure infection control protocols and sterilization procedures are strictly followed.
- Keep updated with the latest dental practices, techniques, and innovations.

**Requirements**:

- BDS/ MDS Degree from a recognized dental college.
- Valid dental license to practice (State Dental Council registration).
- Proven experience of at least [3years] performing dental procedures independently.
- Manage clinic supplies, equipment maintenance, and inventory.
- Handle patient complaints or concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Promote the clinic’s services and facilities to attract new patients.
- Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.
- Strong clinical skills across various dental disciplines.

**Working Hours**: [Specify hours, 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- Excellent communication and patient management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle all clinic responsibilities.
- Knowledge of dental software and record-keeping.
- Ethical, professional, and patient-oriented attitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,340.48 per month
