**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Machine Technician to join our team. The Machine Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various types of machinery within our facility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overall responsible for the maintenance activity in plant & guide the team to complete the work
- Knowledge of CNC HMC VMC & SPM Machine Maintenance
- Utility Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance,
- Hand on Experience of Problem solving, Knowledge OF IATF 16949,
- Maintenance process knowledge especially of Machine shop industry
- Maintenance of Jig & Fixture, Preventive Maintenance maintaining all files and documents and keeps a records update as per ISO standard
- Monitor day to day Logbooks, Checklist & Reports to ensure update the same.
- New development / modification work in existing facility.
- Execution of additional facilities as required by Production Department
- Educate & guide the team members for effective utilization of resources & manpower
- Identify the multiple Agencies for general Electrical work
- Maintaining critical & regular Spares Inventory for Preventive / Breakdown maintenance
- Ensure members are working as per Role & Responsibility assign to them

**Requirements**:
Diploma / BE (Electrical & Mechanical, Instrumentation, E & TC)

Min. Experience Req
- 2 to 7 years

Expected hours: 8 per week
