**Job Title**: Secondary School Teacher (Accounts)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons in Accounts for higher-grade students, following the CBSE curriculum.
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate students’ progress through regular assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date lesson plans, teaching aids, and educational materials.
- Provide individualized attention to students to address their academic challenges and support their growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues, school management, and parents to ensure students' holistic development.
- Stay updated on educational trends, curriculum changes, and best teaching practices.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounts, along with a B.Ed.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the secondary school level, specifically for higher grades.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with students, parents, and staff effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and examination requirements.
- Proficiency in using modern teaching techniques and educational tools.
