We are Hiring Primary and Pre-Primary Teachers, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and stimulating educational environment for young children. Your role involves planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, fostering social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development, and preparing children for the transition to primary school. You will play a key role in shaping the early educational experiences of young learners and promoting a love for learning.

**Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Development**:

- Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards and learning objectives.
- **Instruction and Delivery**:

- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, curiosity, and positive interactions.
- **Child Assessment**:

- Observe and assess children’s progress and development through various assessment methods, including observations, checklists, and portfolios.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to parents and caregivers about their child's development, strengths, and areas for growth.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish and maintain a positive and structured classroom environment with clear routines and expectations.
- **Parent and Community Engagement**:

- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to keep them informed about their child's progress, classroom activities, and upcoming events.
- **Good Communication Skills must.**

**Qualifications**:

- **BSc/MSc, BA/MA, A diploma/Certificate/Degree in Early Childhood Education is a plus/B.Ed.**
