**What's this role about?**
- **Design and Development**: Create, develop, and deploy RPA bots using UiPath.
- **Process Analysis**: Work closely with stakeholders to analyze and define business processes for automation.
- **Testing and Quality Assurance**: Conduct unit testing and end-to-end testing of RPA bots to ensure quality and functionality.
- **Maintenance and Troubleshooting**: Monitor and maintain deployed RPA bots, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes promptly.
- **Documentation**: Maintain clear and concise documentation for all automation processes, including bot design, configuration, and validation.
- **Training and Support**: Provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of RPA bots.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure the RPA infrastructure is secure and stable.

**Here's how you'll contribute**:
You'll do this by:

- Proven experience as an RPA developer, preferably with UiPath.
- 4+ years of IT development experience
- 3 years of experience in RPA UIPath development
- In-depth knowledge and exposure of RPA and UIPath tool along with Orchestrator
- Experience throughout the entire RPA project lifecycle
- Certifications in UIPath
- Able to handle entire process independently.
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology
- Must have RDBMS knowledge or open source DB
- Experience in working on any Process/Sub-process workflows like AP, AR, Insurance, Banking, Healthcare
- AI and ML knowledge will be an added advantage.

Core Skills:

- Experience with other RPA tools like Power Automate or Blue Prism.
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
- Certification in RPA UiPath
