Job Summary:
We are seeking a architect for designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions for IFS Field Service Management (FSM) systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver a seamless, efficient, and scalable FSM solution that meets both operational and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- IFS FSM Functional Architect with good knowledge of IFS Cloud / ERP latest version Implementation methodology
- Good knowledge of IFS Cloud Technology and functions
- Hands on experience and knowledge of IFS Cloud, V10, AURENA Technology and functions
- Knowledge of IFS tools like Scope Tool, Click learn
- Domain knowledge in EPCI, Manufacturing, Retail Logistics, Services, Maritime, Defense, MRO industry verticals

Role Requirements and Qualifications:

- Extensive experience in implementing and configuring IFS FSM solutions.
- Strong understanding of field service management processes (e.g., work order management, scheduling, dispatch, asset management).
- Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional solutions.
- Ability to configure IFS FSM modules and integrate them with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and platforms, as many IFS FSM deployments are cloud-based.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.

Experience in leading or mentoring other functional consultants or technical teams.
- Certification in IFS FSM or relevant technology platforms.
- Experience with IFS Applications (ERP, HR, Supply Chain, etc.).
