Develop and implement IT strategies that leverage cutting-edge technologies to enhance digital capabilities and drive business growth.
Design and oversee the integration of new digital tools and platforms with existing systems to ensure seamless operations and improved efficiency.
Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
Engage with clients to understand their IT needs and provide expert advice on digital transformation strategies in wealth management or capital markets.
Identify and mitigate IT-related risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices

Responsibility

At least 12+ years Strong experience in BSA role
Decompose business processes
Collaborate with developers and SMEs to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
To think across strategic, operational, process and technical elements of client issues and solutions
Highly analytical mindset asking appropriate questions, using appropriate diagnostics, relevant to the clients issue at hand
Work effectively in a multi disciplinary team environment
