Desirable skillsets/ good to have: - Initial Trade Capture - Equity Swap, FX, Corporate Action bookings - Post Trade Activities (includes and is not limited to Trade Allocations and Trade Life-Cycling activities) - Risk & Control - Experience in Prime Brokerage or Prime Financing world or anything related to Equity swap. - Should have experience on process-oriented roles like trade capture, settlements. - Dealing with systems and lot of data. - Anyone having experience over Markets, Global Markets, how does stock market works, what are derivative products. - Knowledge or Experience in Equity swaps, Trades, FX’s related products. Something related to corporate actions on Equities. - It would be a process-oriented role. - Keywords would be Equity Swap, Corporate Actions, FX swaps, Equity Financing, Global Markets, Trade Capture. - Target Organisations would be Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, State Street, or any other banks. - Initial Trade Capture - Equity Swap, FX, Corporate Action bookings - Post Trade Activities (includes and is not limited to Trade Allocations and Trade Life-Cycling activities) - Risk & Control This role will be based out of Nirlon Knowledge Park (NKP, Goregaon) in Mumbai **Purpose of the role** To maintain the smooth and efficient operation of our trading desks, providing operational support and expertise to traders, sales professionals, and other key stakeholders, helping them maximize their productivity and minimize disruptions and handling administrative tasks, and providing market information and research. **Accountabilities** - Provision of immediate and efficient technical support to traders and sales professionals on the trading desks, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure uninterrupted trading activities. - Coordination of trade execution by liaising with traders, clients, and other internal teams to ensure smooth transactions. - Maintenance and updating of trade records, transaction logs, and client databases accurately. - Reports, presentations, and documentation preparation to support sales and trading activities. - Monitoring of market data and assist in the analysis of financial information for trading decisions. - Operational tasks such as processing trades, confirming orders, and resolving trade discrepancies. **Analyst Expectations** - To perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard consistently driving continuous improvement. - Requires in-depth technical knowledge and experience in their assigned area of expertise - Thorough understanding of the underlying principles and concepts within the area of expertise - They lead and supervise a team, guiding and supporting professional development, allocating work requirements and coordinating team resources. - If the position has leadership responsibilities, People Leaders are expected to demonstrate a clear set of leadership behaviours to create an environment for colleagues to thrive and deliver to a consistently excellent standard.
