**Job Title**: Academic Coordinator
**Location**: Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh
**Salary**: ₹90,000 - ₹1,00,000 per month
**Experience**: 5-10 years
**Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred)
**Gender**: Female

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement academic policies and programs aligned with Bloom’s Taxonomy.
- Develop and monitor lesson plans, assessment models, and teaching strategies.
- Provide academic leadership and support to teachers, ensuring curriculum compliance and high-quality instruction.
- Conduct teacher training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Regularly review and update curriculum materials to meet academic standards.
- Monitor student performance and support teachers in implementing improvement strategies.
- Act as a liaison between management, staff, students, and parents regarding academic matters.
- Plan academic events, workshops, competitions, and examinations effectively.
- Ensure effective use of modern teaching methodologies and technology integration.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to mentor and guide teachers and staff.
- Proficiency in MS Office and academic management software.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
