**SAP Solution Architect (HANA)**

**Location: Pune, India**

**Must have: (mandatory)**

Minimum 10-12+ years’ experience in implementing SAP
Minimum 4 years’ experience using S4 HANA
Minimum 2 implementation experience of migration from SAP ECC to S4 HANA Solution
Minimum 3+ implementation experience in SAP overall
Data migration experience from Legacy or SAP ECC to S4 HANA

**Basic Qualifications**:
Strong experience in architecting SAP solutions: SAP ECC, S4 HANA
Expert in ABAP, HANA(OData, CDS), Workflow, FIORI, UI5
Experienced in performing HANA migrations/Conversions on S/4 HANA
Experience using SAP Cloud platforms Integrations (CPI/PI)
Knowledge of reference architectures of SAP on Amazon, Azure and GCP
Customer facing consulting experience with excellent presentation and documentation skills
Participated in presales, proposals, PocS
Willingness to travel as required
SAP Certification is good to have

**Role and responsibilities**:
As an self-driven SME, you must possess experience in designing large SAP business transformation projects and demonstrates the ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements
Works closely with stakeholders from various lines of business to develop architecture blueprints and work with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements and priorities
Analyzes the current SAP architecture to identify weaknesses and develop opportunities for improvement
Documents the SAP enterprise architecture design and analysis work
Perform design, architect solutions for S/4 HANA implementations and Migrations
Perform consulting role to advice clients to move their SAP Platforms on various cloud service providers
Lead the information gathering and design process for a client implementation
Train and Build internal team for future prospects
Pre-Sales Support, creation and execution of presentations and demos to clients and partners
Focus on building in house solutions around innovation on S4 HANA platform
Attend product functionality briefings, documentations, and training sessions.
Soft Skills:
Excellent presentation and documentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent client / customer relationship management skills at the executive level
Good people management skills
