Be professional and pleasant while interacting with guests.
- Handle queries and address complaints comes at the front desk
- Schedule meeting,interviews and appointments.
- Attend phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate line.
- Keep an inventory of office supplies and ensure it is always stoked
- Maintain a visitor log book,invoice and courier Register.
- Have an Overview of the office expenses and costs.
- Help Make travel arrangement or any other administrative help
- Effectively manage the runner boys team.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Navi Mumbai, Thane - 400705, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
