**VISA COUNSELOR**

**EXPERIENCE: 0-2 YEARS IN SIMILAR FIELD**

Roles & Responsibilities:
Working as a Student Visa Counselor for UK/USA/CANADA/NZ
- Update CRM on daily basis.
- Attend all Webinars/Skype.
- Promote the products.
- Update yourself about the countries.
- Attend MOM at the weekly meetings.
- Focus on counseling to convert clients.
- Responsible to achieve targets.
- Take testimonials from the students and update them on social media.
- Meeting students and counseling them regarding their queries for respective countries and on documents.
- Assessment of students’ profiles and according to the profile suggests the right options of courses and universities.
- Make SOP (Statement of Purpose)
- Visa file preparation such as guiding students and their parents for documentation, finance arrangement, visa form filling, and submitting visa files.
- Help students with Visa interview preparation.
- Apart from USA/CANADA; help our Student Visa head in Making SOPs for other countries.
