Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Machine Setup and Operation: Set up and operate injection moulding machines, ensuring proper parameters, such as temperature, pressure, and cooling time.

2. Quality Control: Monitor part quality, identify defects, and implement corrective actions.

3. Mould Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on moulds, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.

4. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot machine and mould issues, collaborating with maintenance and engineering teams as needed.

5. Process Optimization: Continuously improve injection moulding processes, reducing waste, and increasing efficiency.

6. Safety and Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.

7. Documentation: Complete production records, maintenance logs, and quality control reports.

**Requirements**:
1. Education: Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Technology, or a related field.

2. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in injection moulding, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

3. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of injection moulding principles, machine operation, and mould design.

4. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have:
1. Certifications: Certifications in injection moulding, such as RJG or Paulson.

2. Programming Skills: Familiarity with programming languages, such as PLC or robotic programming.
