- Actively identify, prospect, and acquire new clients within the transportation industry with freight forwarders, manufacturers, retail, warehousing.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and manage the entire sales cycle.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client specific transportation needs and offer tailored solutions.
- **Marketing Strategy & Execution**:
- Lead the development and enhancement of the company's brand identity, value proposition, and messaging within the transportation sector.
- Oversee the creation of high-impact marketing collateral, including digital content, case studies, presentations, and sales tools.
- Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement.

- **Market Research & Analysis**:
- Conduct continuous market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and improve conversion rates.
- Provide insights to the leadership team on market shifts, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:
- Work closely with operations, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
